Webstresser .org is to be blamed for rolling out more than four billion cyber attacks in an encyclopedic world.A website

accountable for widely attempts to crash banks in the UK as well as government alliance and their bodies.
Webstresser was a software tool that causes major disruption through DDOS(Distributed Denial of Service) attacks by making

the online services unavailable and overwhelmed the traffic of websites so user unable to reach it.
Thier main resources are banks and various agencies sites which transfer to new websites so people can publish and access truthful information from it.

Attacks carried out that Webstresser was included in a series of attacks on UK  bulk of street banks damaged hundreds of thousands of pounds worth last year.

As the cases were spreading on a rapid-fire, The operation was called out by "Operation Power Off "(international forces 

legacy hideous operation) joining hands with United Kingdom's National Crime Agency, Dutch Police and Europol target Webstresser and shut down its access path.

Moreover, they arrested 6 administrators which are hideous that who were responsible for such a mischievous connection. 

Some information from KrebsOnSecurity states that Webstresser premier was 19 years old Jovan Mirkovic(hacker, unleashed programmer)

"Further measures shall be taken against the top users of this marketplace in the Netherlands, the United Kingdom, Canada" uttered by Europol (law enforcement agency of European Union).

To Add some flavor to it United Kingdom released their statement that "Webstresser offer its DDOS services of $15 per month and these services allow people to set multiple attacks all over the globe"

All in one its a growing problem in every state and government should take serious action like this and user should 

collaborate with their international partners to turn the tables down to these criminals and shut off their ill-natured cyber wars.
